Use this form to sign up for a personalized id for the SPSS Technical Support Web site if you have purchased an SPSS Technical Support Service contract. With a personalized id, you will gain access to the following features:

  • The ability to access the personal information we have for you, including your name, company, phone number, and e-mail address.
  • Forms pre-filled with your personal information.
  • The ability to open and monitor your cases with SPSS Technical Support.

Our goal is to respond to your id request within two business days.
NOTE: If you are a student using the SPSS statistical software, you may access our website using the limited access login for students.

  • If you use an invalid email address, we will not be able to contact you with your id.

    • For the Serial number:
  • If you are a ShowCase Suite (STRATEGY) Customer, please enter your AS/400 serial number.
  • If you are a Market Research customer, please enter Market Research as your serial number and include your Company or Contract Number.
  • For all other products, please enter the serial number found on the jacket of the CD ROM for your product, or look under "Help -> About [your product]" when using your product.
