Recent changes to our site include the following:

  • The Search at the top of the form after logging into the site is now linked with the new Site Search which provides the ability to search all of the Technical Support web site, including the knowledgebase, patches and documentation. In addition, by unchecking a category, you can limit the search to only one or two of these categories.
  • Resolution Display is enhanced, showing the last review date.

Logging in to our integrated Web site provides a customized view of the Web site and allows you to:

  • Create/update and review support cases you have submitted
  • View cases submitted by your organization
  • Search our knowledgebase
  • Review FAQs for your products
  • Download patches
